What Home Vendor Hub Is
A directory. Homeowners in participating communities can browse local service providers and see the exclusive offers those providers have committed to.
An application based network. Providers apply to be listed. They submit business, license, and insurance information and certify in writing that the information is true, current, and complete, and that they hold every license and credential required to perform the work they advertise.
A place to make contact. You contact the provider directly. You hire them directly. Your agreement is with them.
What Home Vendor Hub Is Not
Not an endorsement. Listing a provider is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a statement that the provider is suitable for your project.
Not a guarantee of work. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, workmanship, or price of any service performed by any provider.
Not a verification service. We do not independently confirm that a provider’s license is current, that a policy is in force, or that any coverage is adequate or sufficient for your project. We collect what providers submit and certify.
Not a party to your transaction. Providers are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or subcontractors. We are not a party to any quote, contract, or payment between you and a provider.
Not a permanent listing. Providers may leave or be removed, and communities may stop participating, at any time and without notice. Continued access to any provider is not guaranteed.
