Providers apply and submit business, license, and insurance information. They certify that the information is true, current, and complete. Homeowners contact providers directly.
Home Vendor Hub facilitates connections between homeowners and independent service providers. All services are performed directly between the homeowner and the provider.

Pricing

Across current participating communities in Northern Colorado:
Your bill recalculates each month based on the actual home count, so as our communities grow, your reach grows with us.
Pricing is based on the number of homes within the communities you choose to serve. Standard rate moves to $0.035 in year two; Founding Vendors are locked at $0.03 for 24 months.
