Who can use Home Vendor Hub?
Home Vendor Hub is available to homeowners in communities managed by Kellison. If you live in a Kellison-managed community, you can sign in to browse the full vendor directory and access exclusive community offers.
Is there a cost to homeowners?
No. Home Vendor Hub is completely free for homeowners. There are no membership fees, no per-use charges, and no costs added to your HOA assessments. The platform is supported through a modest vendor subscription model.
What is required for a vendor to be listed?
Applicants are required to provide proof of licensing where applicable and proof of insurance before being listed. Listing on HVH is not a recommendation or endorsement by HVH, Kellison, or any HOA.
How do I contact a vendor?
From a vendor’s profile, you can reach them directly by email or text. Home Vendor Hub is not a middleman, you connect with vendors directly for scheduling, pricing, and the actual work.
Are the exclusive offers actually exclusive?
Yes. Each participating vendor provides at least one special offer available only to residents of Kellison-managed communities. You won’t find these offers on the open market.
Does Home Vendor Hub handle payments or disputes?
No. All payments, scheduling, and service agreements happen directly between you and the vendor. If you have concerns about a specific vendor, please contact us, we take feedback seriously and use it to maintain the quality of the network.

How do I apply to become a vendor?
Submit an application through our Apply page. Our team reviews each application for fit, licensing, insurance, and service quality. We maintain a limited number of vendors per service category to keep the platform valuable for residents.
How does pricing work?
Vendors pay $0.03 per home per month for the communities they choose to serve. On Kellison's current 14,000+ homes, that's $420 per month. There are no per-lead charges, no referral commissions, and no bidding wars. Your bill recalculates each month based on the actual home count, so as our communities grow, your reach grows with us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All launch vendors get a free 90-day pilot. We collect a card on file at signup but you are not charged anything during the first 90 days. Billing begins on day 91 at the standard rate ($0.03 per home per month).
What is the Founding Vendor program?
The first 30 vendors to join Home Vendor Hub become Founding Vendors. The benefits include a 24-month rate lock at $0.03 (the standard rate moves to $0.035 in year two), a Founding Vendor badge on your profile, and a quarterly Founding Vendor roundtable. The program is permanently capped at 30 vendors across all categories.
What happens if Kellison adds or loses communities?
Your bill recalculates each month based on the actual home count. If Kellison's footprint grows, your reach grows and your bill increases proportionally. If a community ever leaves, your bill decreases. You only pay for the homes you can actually reach, every month.
What do I need to provide to participate?
An up-to-date business listing (company name, services, hours, service area, contact info) and one exclusive community offer for residents of Kellison-managed communities.
Why are vendors limited per category?
Limiting participation keeps the platform meaningful. Too many vendors per category dilutes visibility for everyone and makes the experience noisy for homeowners. We’d rather have a small, curated set of excellent providers.
How do homeowners find my listing?
Residents browse by service category or search directly. They see your full profile, logo, description, services, hours, and exclusive offer, and reach out to you directly via email or text.
