Who we are

Home Vendor Hub is a directory that connects homeowners in participating communities with local service providers. The platform serves select communities across Northern Colorado.

No service warranties

Providers apply and certify that the information they submit is true, current, and complete, including any required licensing and insurance. Listing on Home Vendor Hub is not a recommendation or endorsement. Home Vendor Hub does not perform, supervise, or guarantee the services that providers provide. All agreements, scheduling, payment, and service quality are matters between you and the provider you engage.

Homeowner use

The vendor directory and exclusive resident offers are intended for residents of participating communities. Resident accounts are personal and non transferable.

Vendor use

Providers agree to accurately represent their business, maintain valid licensing and insurance, honor published exclusive offers, and uphold the standards outlined in the Home Vendor Hub provider agreement.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Home Vendor Hub to transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, nor to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email to account holders.

No guarantee of continued access

Providers may be removed and communities may stop participating at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that any provider or any community will remain on the platform.

Independent providers

All providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or subcontractors of Home Vendor Hub. Home Vendor Hub is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a provider and has no responsibility for the performance, pricing, or conduct of any provider.

Nothing on this site is legal, insurance, or construction advice.
