These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Home Vendor Hub website and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Home Vendor Hub is a community-based platform connecting homeowners in HOA-managed communities with local service providers. The platform serves select communities across Northern Colorado, including those managed by Kellison and other participating community management companies.

No service warranties

Applicants are required to provide proof of licensing where applicable and proof of insurance before being listed. Listing on HVH is not a recommendation or endorsement by HVH, Kellison, or any HOA. Home Vendor Hub does not perform, supervise, or guarantee the services that vendors provide. All agreements, scheduling, payment, and service quality are matters between you and the vendor you engage.

Homeowner use

The vendor directory and exclusive offers are intended for residents of participating communities. Resident accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Vendor use

Vendors agree to accurately represent their business, maintain valid licensing and insurance, honor published exclusive offers, and uphold the standards outlined in the Home Vendor Hub vendor agreement.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Home Vendor Hub to transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, nor to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email to account holders.
